Blue and Gold

The annual cub scout banquet was this month. Layron doesn't turn 11 until June but he worked really hard to be able to get his Arrow of Light by the ceremony. Mikey earned several belt loops as well. They both made and decorated cakes with Neil. Mikey's is the wolf. Layron's is the arrow of light.

I went to tuck Mikey and Seth in bed the other night and this is what I walked in to.

Erik found some toy animals I found in the dollar section. He started lining them up. He looked at the other bag and told me how lonely these animals were and that they reaaaaallllly needed to play with the other animals. So I let him open the other bag. He then matched each up with its partner. I guess we'll call him Noah.:) I made a farm set out of felt for his animals. The ark will have to wait.
